The Ombudsman visited Tralee on Thursday and took over 60 complaints from Kerry people about public services. As part of the Ombudsman Outreach programme staff from the Office were at the Rose Hotel to help people with their complaints and provide advice.
The office was kept busy some people turning up half an hour before opening time. Many of the complaints related to local authority issues.
