Towards 2030: Statement of Strategy

This Statement of Strategy sets out our key objectives. The Statement has been developed in consultation with our external stakeholders and with staff from each of the individual Offices and Business Units.
In 2025, the Office of the Ombudsman conducted a public consultation process to inform the development of our Statement of Strategy. The report of the Office of the Ombudsman external survey is available to read here.
