Staff from the Office of the Ombudsman visit Citizens Information Centres (CICs) in Limerick and Galway once a month to take complaints from members of the public. The times and dates are available on our website and advertised in local newspapers.
Occasionally, Ombudsman staff host a complaints clinic in a location other than Limerick or Galway.
These visits are normally held in an easy-to-reach, central location, such as the main hotel in an area. During these visits, you can meet our staff, get information on making complaints or discuss a complaint you have made. We advertise these events in local media.
Staff from the Ombudsman’s office also regularly attend exhibitions.
