How complaints can improve public services

The Ombudsman will be speaking about:

  • the type of complaints about public services he receives from people in Carlow, Kilkenny and Wexford
  • how providers of public services, such as government departments, local authorities and the HSE, can use complaints to improve services

Senior Investigator Jennifer Hanrahan will speak about how the Ombudsman deals with complaints, and how we interact with public service providers and complainants.
