Staff from the Office of the Ombudsman visit Citizens Information Centres (CICs) in Cork, Limerick and Galway once a month to take complaints from members of the public. The times and dates are available on our website and advertised in local newspapers.
Occasionally, Ombudsman staff host a complaints clinic in a location other than Dublin, Cork, Limerick or Galway.
These visits are normally held in an easy-to-reach, central location, such as the main hotel in an area. During these visits, you can meet our staff, get information on making complaints or discuss a complaint you have made. We advertise these events in local media.
Staff from the Ombudsman’s office also regularly attend exhibitions such as the 50 Plus Expo in Dublin, Cork and Galway.
