2010 Annual Report

Annual Report coverThe Ombudsman, Emily O'Reilly, published her eighth Annual Report and the twenty-seventh since the Office of the Ombudsman was established in 1984. The Ombudsman strongly welcomed Government´s reforming commitment to extend the remit of the Office of the Ombudsman to all publicly funded bodies and the establishment of a new Oireachtas Committee as the formal channel of consultation and collaboration between the Oireachtas and the Ombudsman.
